cvanderveenare there any junior girl scout troops interested in hooking up with us for an activity on saturday, september 18th at camp sacajawea? we are looking into doing either canoeing, orienteering or the challenge course. council requires a minimum of 12 girls for a specially arranged program. leaders must attend. please get in contact if you are interested.

DianneTporicy park has community service hours available to cadette, senior and ambassador gs during our 3rd annual scouting skills day. we need older gs to run stations on saturday, sept 11 from 1:30 to 5. we will provide all the info you need--you bring girls and enthusiasm! girls can come as a troop or as individuals. for more information on volunteering for this event, please email poricyprograms@verizon.net and sharon will get back to you. daisies, brownies and juniors as well as cub scouts are welcome to attend. for more information, go to www.poricypark.org and click scout activities. registrations are still being taken.
