Senior and Ambassador Girl Scouts are invited to attend "The Art of the Well Decorated Face" at the Sephora Store JC Penny in the Ocean County Mall on February 18, 2012. Makeup specialists at Sephora will demonstrate various techniques, appropriate for different occasions.
